I have two guest rooms: one has a double bed, the other has twin beds. Both rooms have private en suite toilet and shower facilities.
Either room is £110 per night for two people, or £70 per night for one person, exept in August
when it is £130 per night for two people, or £80 per night for one person. This includes all taxes as well as a full Scottish breakfast.
I am sorry, but I don't take credit or debit cards (they do charge for the service and I'd have to put my prices up). Otherwise, Sterling in almost any shape or form is welcome.
Heriot Row is very central and almost everywhere you'd want to be or see is within a pleasant 30 minute walk. Generally, Edinburgh is a city for walking and cars are fairly difficult to use. If you have the option, I would not recommend having a car with you while you're staying in Edinburgh. Depending on the time of day, we're 5 to 10 minutes from the railway station by taxi, and 25 minutes from the airport.
